Lancaster Trading Concepts is a small company that vends its own products and those of other small companies in and near Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  It produces web pages, operates an online store, and makes brochures and catalogues for the products that it vends.  Some of these  products are products of its affiliates.  Lancaster Trading Concepts will fulfill orders for its own products.  Lancaster Trading Concepts promotes and sells affiliates’ products online as an authorized reseller.  As an authorized reseller, Lancaster Trading Concepts accepts non-taxable and taxable sales and payment from customers, may forward the order, and the order may then be filled directly by the affiliate.  Lancaster Trading Concepts is responsible for collecting Pennsylvania sales tax on Pennsylvania residents’ taxable purchases of its products or its affiliates’ products.  Some of our affiliates produce or do business only at the production or wholesale level and do not accept taxable sales.  Retail sales on  non-clothing and non-food items are taxable.
